We've shipped a wave of updates, from celebrating your people to guiding every next step. Here's the highlight reel, and it's all branded as yours.
Teammates add their birthday once, and the day arrives with a warm, branded announcement in Discord, plus an HQ tracker so owners can plan ahead. Private by choice, celebratory by default.
Lantern reads the day and surfaces who needs a nudge, then drafts the message. Roleplay lets your team rehearse the hard conversations. The AI Caller and Texter run outreach on autopilot. Warm light, never a watchful eye.
Pair your team by standing for a bracket where every matchup has a winner, run multi-round seasons that reset for a fresh shot, and keep every finished contest in a browsable archive so wins never disappear.
Recognition moves real Embers from giver to receiver, owners tune the economy, and members redeem for real gift cards in the in-app store. Milestones grant automatically the moment they're earned.
Lifecycle reminders fire on their own: client birthdays, check-in windows, and thank-you notes, each one deep-linked to the exact record so acting on it is a single tap.
A running record of what we've shipped, from the first branded launch to this week's wave. We build in the open so your team always knows what's new.
Each state's licensing steps now open in order, and telling us you've booked your exam unlocks the next step right away. Every state shows its licensing office and continuing-education options, coordinators can leave a note under any step, and the whole guided journey is on the phone too. Licensing and carrier desks also get a shared set of saved replies that fill in the person's details with one tap, and the commission calculator was rebuilt to match the team's own spreadsheet.
The team directory is out of the menus, and Search or jump to now reaches every page in your sidebar, with the same access rules the sidebar uses. Links that leave MyCadre open in a new tab (or the in-app browser on your phone), and everything inside MyCadre stays right where you are.
Agents can push a policy for month end or a large case right from the policy page, see where it stands, and see exactly what was sent. Coordinators verify and approve in one queue, pending business gets one gentle check-in a day (never during quiet hours), and submitted business now needs its real policy number. When a leader replaces a training flyer, the session updates instead of posting twice, and every branch of Your org shows how many people are under it.
Logging a field training now creates the client's profile: what you learned, who can see it, every meeting, and the lead and deals behind it. The first ten count once a trainer is on them, and trainers get a queue of their own. Teams that run a 3 & 3 challenge can give every new agent their own card on Home, with a ring that fills as they go, one celebration when they finish, and reward approvals for whoever signs off. All of it is on the phone.
The review is six clear steps now, with live totals, autosave, and a D.I.M.E. finale that shows the gap in one glance. Your saved client reviews and the premium and commission calculators sit together under Agent tools, and leads gain a Booked stage, linked both ways to the client's profile.
After an appointment, send the client one private homework page: your team's PDF, videos and links, plus the questionnaire, all branded as yours. You'll see how far they've gotten, and their answers come back with talking points ready for the next meeting.
Search your leads by name, phone or email, on the web and in the app, and find your leads inbox straight from Business.
Owner announcements now post to the GroupMe groups you've tagged for announcements, alongside Discord. Remind the quiet ones knows each person's real last activity, and you pick exactly who the reminder reaches before anything goes out.
Every training now has an audience: everyone, a rank and above, an onboarding phase and beyond, or specific people. A rank training pings that rank's Discord role, an invite-only session stays off the public schedule, and your team only sees the trainings meant for them, with reminders they can turn off. CFT Academy is in the app too: trainees practice each step with an AI client on their phone and ask for a shadow or a sign-off, and trainers review, log shadows and sign people off from anywhere. After an appointment, an agent can also send the client a private questionnaire to fill in at home, and the results are waiting when it's in.
The Discord page in HQ now checks everyone's rank against their Discord roles and shows where they don't match, and one tap puts everyone on the right role. Staff never lose a role, and a daily report keeps the picture current. Trainings read from a flyer also keep the end time printed on it.
Turn the sound on and the AI client answers out loud in a voice that suits them, while you talk or type. The skills you're graded on now read as a checklist that ticks off as each one lands, with a running count, and three short steps at the top say how a practice works. HQ Library shelves are a compact list now, with the editor opening right under the resource you're changing.
Build a certification track for new field trainers: practice calls with an AI client graded against the bar you set, logged shadow sessions, and a final sign-off from you or an Elite CFT. Mark the rank that means someone is ready to run their own team, and when they reach it, their upline and you both sign and they get a gold reveal of their journey and a certificate. On HQ Activity, Reach out to now names up to five people with the reason for each, and lead sources, roles, statuses, contest posts and prizes read as plain words everywhere.
When a new teammate gets their welcome email but never sets up their account, MyCadre now sends a short, friendly reminder with their setup link three days later, and one more a week after that. Then it stops. Owners see who was reminded on the Activation page, and new agents from Tevah get their welcome email automatically within an hour of being coded.
Pick any state and see what it takes to get licensed there: the steps in that state's order, the exam and fingerprint vendors, the fees, and the official links, all in one place. Ask Lantern about a state and it answers from the same guide and shows its source, so the answer can't drift from the page.
Trainers set the hours they're available, agents pick an open slot, and calendar invites go out to both. The trainer can confirm or move it, and everyone hears about the change. You can attach illustrations to an appointment with a paperclip, delete a prospect, leave the trainer blank, and edit the date after it's logged.
Each phase now breaks into named sub-groups with their own progress, and a step's video stays with that step. A checklist step can link to a training series, so a new agent can save a seat for the next class or tap I attended for one they went to. Connections and Vision & Goals sit beside Onboarding, and Home wears the same phase colors.
Every library section has its own color, cards size to their content, videos show their thumbnail, and search finds anything. Times across the portal now show in your own time zone, GroupMe posts included.
Ask Cadre asks a quick question when it needs to, cites the person or deal behind each answer, and recent chats reopen. The licensing Matrix groups people by what they still need, and a row opens into their steps. The application page is a real record with stage, money, a timeline and notes, and you can add, rename and retire your own titles.
Pick tags from your GoHighLevel account and bring those contacts into your team-building pipeline; running it again only adds new people. If opt-outs or failed texts start to climb, texting pauses before the carrier steps in, and the owner decides when to resume.
A standing class doesn't always meet every week. When you set a training to repeat, you can now pick the cadence: every week, every other week, or every three or four weeks, and choose the first session so the right weeks are the ones that post. Reminders, the Discord schedule and GroupMe follow along, and nothing changes for the trainings you've already set to weekly.
Show off your leadership, directors and team with photos and a Book a call button, on your own domain. You manage who appears, in what order, from Settings.
Plenty of people go by something other than what's on their license. You can now set what you'd like to be called from your profile, and choose whether it shows alongside your legal name or on its own. Your licensing record is untouched either way, so the coordinator still sees what the carrier needs.
Straight from owner feedback. Long dropdowns became searchable pickers you can type into, you can click a teammate's name to make them inactive without leaving the screen, Activity has its own search, and finishing an action returns you to the screen you were on instead of dumping you back at the top of the roster. Small things, all day long.
Turn on sequential phases and a new teammate sees one phase at a time, so nobody skips ahead to week three before their license is moving. Off by default, and entirely your call per team.
A single operations console for owners: the numbers that matter, a funnel showing where people actually stall, and a person drawer you can open from any figure. Every stat is clickable, so a number you don't like takes you straight to the list of people behind it.
Members write down what they're actually working toward, with a vision board to keep it in front of them. The financial review now calculates coverage from the numbers entered, so the conversation starts from a real figure instead of a blank page.
Getting licensed stops being a mystery. Each person follows the real steps for their own state, in order, with the fingerprint window and exam timing built in. Reminders arrive when something's actually due, and the coordinator sees the whole desk at a glance instead of chasing individuals.
Recognition, approvals and reminders now arrive live, without a refresh, and each one opens the exact item that triggered it rather than a generic list. Owners can also organize the library into their own sections so people find the right document quickly.
Licensing coordinators get a workspace built for the job, and the rest of HQ stays private to owners and admins. The checklist a new teammate works through now ticks half of itself as their real milestones land.
Capture a lead with full consent and attribution, grade it, and route it to whoever should call. New leads can page the right person by push, email or their own Discord channel, and speed-to-lead follow-up can fire within seconds of the form landing. Off until you switch it on.
Every week, a short brief on what actually moved: this week's wins, who's stalled and worth a call, and the people worth looping in. Written to be read in a minute and acted on the same morning.
A renewals board shows what's coming due and what's already been done about it, with the outreach for each window logged in one place so two people never call the same client twice.
Teammates add their birthday once, and the day arrives with a warm, branded announcement in the team's Discord, plus an HQ tracker so owners can see who's up next and plan ahead. Private by choice, celebratory by default.
New nightly reminders watch the moments that matter: upcoming renewals, client birthdays, and the right time for a thank-you. Each one lands deep-linked to the exact record, so acting on it is a single tap and nothing slips.
Pair your team by standing for a bracket where every matchup has a winner, and keep every finished contest in a browsable archive so wins never disappear. The season ends, the record stays.
Every member gets a richer profile with the badges they've earned on display, and a new command-palette search jumps you to any person, page, or record from anywhere with a keystroke.
Owners who share trainings from Drive can now hit Sync now and pull the latest flyers into the feed the moment they're posted, instead of waiting for the next scheduled pass.
The whole platform now follows your dark theme end to end, tuned to stay on brand: warm charcoal surfaces, a lighter teal, and a single rationed amber accent, so it reads just as warm at night as it does by day.
A gentle nudge engine now watches onboarding deadlines and sends a warm, well-timed reminder when a member stalls. Warm light, never a watchful eye, and every tenant can tune the cadence.
Lantern always knows each member's right next step and lights the way to it. It reads the room across onboarding, pipeline, and community to surface one clear move at a time. Included with the Scale plan.
Run a seasonal push with a clear goal, a real-time leaderboard, and a finish line the whole team is rooting for. Wins fire across Discord and email the moment they land.
The AI Caller moved to prepaid credits, so you only pay for the conversations you actually run. Top up in seconds, watch your balance in HQ, and set low-balance alerts before a campaign runs dry.
One shared Cadre bot brings every team's wins, milestones, and chatter into the channels they already live in. It resolves the right tenant per guild, so a single bot serves every cadre, fully branded.
Our first release: a fully whitelabel team-experience platform. Every tenant gets its own branded landing, onboarding phases, and admin HQ, live on its own subdomain before the first member logs in.
